For mums to be our unique active birth education is designed to make confident birth 2nd nature (using a move to improve approach as we enjoy tailored and yoga inspired movement for pregnancy alongside education) and for new mummies an awe inspiring 4th trimester class, alongside a range of mummy & baby postnatal modules all inspired by postnatal movement, infant massage & baby yoga, enable you to feel more confident, more comfortable and fit for motherhood!

Mumas & Beans
Mummas and Beans is Godalming’s first dedicated Mum/Baby centre, offering an array of Pregnancy and Baby Classes including Daisy Birthing, Daisy Baby (massage/yoga), Ante/Postnatal Pilates, Mummy Fitness, Dads Sessions, Baby/Child First Aid courses and many, many more.
Together with a very baby friendly cafe area and treatment room, Mummas and Beans provides you with a somewhere to find a brilliant class, have a great coffee or enjoy a relaxing treatment all under one roof!
Our Cafe area is open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm (from w/c 20th Feb will be open Monday – Saturday 10am – 4pm), so do pop in and enjoy a coffee, tea (wide range of herbal teas), or a slice of delicious cake. Most of our classes and workshops are booking only, so do check out timetable to see whats happening or contact us.
